We are contacting you to request your best offer for Technical Vocational Training in Artisanal Soap Formulation (Olive Oil & Glycerine) and Professional Candle Manufacturing.
If you are interested, please find attached the Request for Quotation and the terms of reference (TOR) ,which details the services required. And send back dated signed and stamped copies.
The technical offer should include:
1. Technical training details.
2. Proven experience within the required and related sectors/products with proof of experience (Example : Contract, Completion certificate. etc).
3. Submission of work samples from both the trainers and the firm, including images of previous work, websites, and relevant links.
4. Proof of access to market (2 minimum) both physical and online.
5. A breakdown of training toolkit items with their pictures.

• A copy of your company registration certificate.
• A copy of the legal representative’s ID.
• Signed and Stamped Supplier’s Ethical Declaration.(attached)
• Signed and Stamped General Conditions of Purchase. (attached)
